Maintenance Manager
Summary
Adorn Custom Vinyls, a Division of Patrick Industries located in Mt. Joy, PA is currently seeking an Experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and lead our highly qualified maintenance team. The Maintenance Team looks after the growing facility which hosts automated hydraulic and pneumatic machinery, laminators, routers, forklifts, and CNC's.
The role will encompass a hands on approach, working side by side and leading Maintenance Technicians to complete routine repairs, corrective repairs, and emergent maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Specific Responsibilities
Members of the Maintenance Team are responsible for ensuring the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, troubleshooting, repairing and performing maintenance on a variety of automated woodworking and laminating machinery, which include PLC's, Hydraulic, Pneumatics and Electrical Systems. Further maintenance responsibilities include fabrication, machining, and machine moving.
Further responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prepares work schedules, assigns work and oversees projects and assignments while minimizing overtime
Develops and maintains a preventative maintenance schedule program for applicable equipment and machinery
Maintain budget
Provide training that will cover equipment, electrical and mechanical, fabrication
Purchasing repair parts and maintaining inventory of tools
Works with vendors to secure estimates and cost quotes as needed
Bridging communication between shifts
Enforces sound safety and housekeeping practices
Requirements
5
years of Industrial Maintenance experience
3
years Supervision/leadership experience
Strong electrical, PLC/CNC troubleshooting capabilities
Experience with project development and machine moving
Strong mechanical aptitude
Strong computer skills; working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
Experience working within OSHA safety guidelines and the proper use of PPE
