You will be expected to make many phone calls per day on behalf of the company.
This is a small company and you will be in the office working along side the owners.
The administrative assistant that we are looking for will be responsible for creating lists of local companies to call, gathering information and implementing it into a CRM.
The ideal candidate has a bubbly personality (think:
Chick-Fil-A) that communicates well on the phone, has a strong understanding of email marketing and computer skills (Microsoft, CRM) Characteristics that are a needed for this job:
