We are seeking to hire a part-time Office Manager to oversee daily administrative functions and to assist the Management Team as needed.
Currently this position is part-time with future potential for interested persons to increase hours up to and including full time.
(Interest in additional hours is not a pre-requisite for hire.
) This position includes a wide variety of related duties so flexibility, creativity and adaptability are a plus.
This job is on site with no opportunity for remote work.
Hours will be 8:
00am - 1:
00pm Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities and Duties Major
Responsibilities:
Serves as the primary representative for HR and Insurance needs Manages administrative personnel and assists the Management Team as needed Greets walk-ins and phone callers and referring them to appropriate people.
Schedule employee appointments Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs Oversee and Maintain SOP's, SWI's and other company documents Serve on the Management Team Manages and communicates HR and Insurances information to employees Qualifications and Skills Successful candidates will possess the following:
Good communication and telephone skills Pleasant, friendly manner and good interpersonal relationship skills A dedication to excellence, honesty and integrity Able to calmly handle a busy atmosphere Willingness to learn and reasonably adapt to our culture and environment Strong computer ability, able to use programs, such as Excel, Word, Outlook Strong administration and organizational skills Strong writing and grammar skills Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift and push/pull 12 pounds.
Must be able to stand, sit, walk, handle/finger paperwork, reach outward and above the shoulder, twist and pivot.
This job has frequent activity.
Must be able to work in a variety of environments that are hot, cold, humid, wet, have odors, noise, vibrations, moving objects, bright lights.
