Responsibilities:
- Clearing and resetting tables in a timely manner-Greeting guests, seating them and communicating to servers - Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to guests - Providing excellent guest service by ensuring a clean and organized dining area - Responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner - Assisting with basic food preparation tasks, such as refilling condiments and restocking supplies - Collaborating with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Team player mentality and willingness to help others - Knowledge of POS systems, such as Toast POS, is a plus - Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred Job Type:
