00 DescriptionCANDIDATES MUST BE WITHIN COMMUTING DISTANCE OF MOUNT JOY PAGeneral Description:
Responsible for management of customer pricing in the company's ERP (Eclipse) pricing system.
Assists with the execution of monthly, quarterly and annual customer rebate programs.
Maintains and updates company price books and customer contracts.
Produces data for reporting that supports financial forecasting and planning, as well as broader analytics of business activity and metrics that assist in identifying profit improvement opportunities.
Price Management Executes the loading and maintenance of contract pricing in the ERP System.
Review and maintain customer pricing matrix so that profitability goals can be attained.
Update existing matrices for product groups, customers and contracts in coordination with Pricing Manager guidance & approval.
Assist with creating actionable pricing plans to minimize product and customer attrition.
Assist with developing strategies and produce new or modify existing price matrices for regional markets to ensure competitive pricing.
Review daily equipment sales and correct system costs as needed.
Assist with maintaining customer pricing contracts generating price books and working with digital pricing services to supply pricing as needed Rebate Management Facilitate and provide appropriate backup support for initial monthly equipment rebates with timely reporting to accounting concurrent with the month's closing schedule.
Reconcile and report final monthly approved equipment rebates as well as other credits to accounting for proper posting Provide backup support for reviewing and verifying customer quarterly equipment Customizable and Dealer Growth rebate programs and coordinate with accounting for proper execution of rebates, and Controller for final rebate totals to amounts accrued.
Track and monitor progress on annual HVAC 100% rebate programs and coordinate with Controller on rebate accrual requirements for these programs.
Facilitate final annual HVAC 100% rebates and coordinate with accounting for credit or rebate payment execution.
Business Analysis & Reporting Create standardized and ad hoc reports that monitor and measure sales and profitability performance; publish to appropriate levels of the organization.
Work directly with Finance & Accounting group to facilitate and execute internal reporting data feeds for company and customer analytics review.
Utilize company's dashboard reporting program and other databases to produce business trend, forecasting and metric reporting to assist with sales and financial forecasting and also to reveal opportunities for profit improvement General Description:

) from four-year College or university (business, finance, accounting); or 2 -5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced proficiency in Excel using pivot tables and advanced Excel formulas.
Proficiency with Power Pivot, Power Query, Microsoft Query, SQL, VBA macros and extracting data from other software is a plus.
Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
Eclipse ERP system experience a plus but not required.
