Responsibilities:
Planning and tracking loads and relocation activities and maintaining accurate records.
Identifying traffic problems and/or issues creating appropriate corrective action plans to achieve desirable results on time.
Communicating with drivers and customers to schedule shipment activities and performing administrative tasks to deliver high-quality service for all parties.
Utilize organizational equipment and updated required information into systems complied with state and federal rules, procedures and regulations.
Correspond with customers; report client requests.
Continued knowledge of industry relevant laws, regulations and requirements.
Skills & Competencies:
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize and reorganize workload in order to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations in a fast paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and coordination abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to demonstrate attention to details and follow through.
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of programs.
Team player and can collaborate with others.
Must exercise confidentiality.
Education/Requirements:
BS/BA or prior relevant experience.
